Jane Fonda is an American actress, activist, and author who has won two Academy Awards, four Golden Globes, and an Emmy. She is known for her roles in films such as Klute, Coming Home, The China Syndrome, On Golden Pond, and The Morning After. She is also a prominent figure in the anti-war, feminist, and environmental movements. She has written several books, including her memoir My Life So Far and Prime Time: Love, Health, Sex, Fitness, Friendship, Spirit – Making the Most of All of Your Life. She is the daughter of legendary actor Henry Fonda and the sister of actor Peter Fonda. She has been married three times, to French film director Roger Vadim, activist Tom Hayden, and media mogul Ted Turner. She is currently in a relationship with music producer Richard Perry. She has two children, Vanessa Vadim and Troy Garity, and three grandchildren.
